Yes, we offer fully W-2-compliant talent who have undergone our standard Qwick vetting process (1 year of relevant experience, hospitality quiz) in addition to I-9 verification, background checks, state-specific required training, 1:1 interviews, plus more!
To tap into our W-2 talent pool, simply notify your account manager after signing up, or text our support team at 79425.
For 1099, we charge 40% on top of the professional's hourly pay and give you the flexibility to set your own rates. (We advocate for livable wages, and recommend rates based on demand and seasonality to ensure your shifts are filled with the best talent.)
For W-2, the markup depends on different factors, such as your anticipated shift volume and specific business needs. To get a quote, you may do any of the following:
We verify that all Qwick professionals have at least one year of relevant experience in the shifts they’re qualified for and confirm their qualifications during a personal orientation. We also validate each professional’s food and alcohol handling certifications as needed for various shift types.
Any professional you’ve rated 5-stars will be offered first pick at future shifts with your business. You can build your custom roster of preferred talent by rating professionals after each shift.
