We hustle responsibly, and that means taking time off to rest and recharge. Employees are encouraged to take 15 days of PTO each year.

Take care of yourself with peace of mind. We provide at least 5 paid sick days each year as part of our commitment to your well-being.

Qwick offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for full-time employees. We also provide One Medical memberships, life insurance, plus short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost.

Primary caregivers are extended 12 weeks of paid time off and non-primary caregivers are granted 3 weeks of paid time off.
